The answers to most questions are found in the lease and can vary depending on the lease you are on. Below is general information but the language in your lease supersedes any other language if there is any conflict between this section or any tenant handbooks.
How do I contact my property manager for emergencies after normal business hours?
- No heat depending on outside temperature
- Water leak that can not be contained easily.
- No hot water
- No air conditioning depending on outside temperature
For all maintenance requests, you must put your request in writing but if it’s an emergency, call our pager at 505-229-0008 prior to putting in the official work order. We will dispatch a vendor depending on the situation.
If you smell gas, do not contact our office first. Call the NM Gas Company immediately at their emergency number: 1-888-NM-GAS-CO (1-888-664-2726). They will send someone out 24/7. You can then contact us if there is a repair that needs to be done outside of the Gas Company’s repair.
